Adheena Mariam

Adheena Mariam is a corporate psychologist with extensive experience in psychological counseling and wellness coaching, currently serving at Tata Consultancy Services and YourDOST since November 2019. Previously, Adheena held the position of onsite counsellor at Cognizant through Optum from January 2018 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a trainee counsellor at St. Annes First Grade Degree College from August 2016 to April 2017 and as a child and family therapist at the People's Council for Social Justice in June 2015. Adheena holds a Master of Science in Psychological Counselling from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Calicut.
