Anchika Jain has extensive experience in environmental compliance management and engineering, with a strong background in European Union regulations including REACh, RoHS, and CE marking. At Flex, from September 2019 to April 2022, Anchika served as an Engineer focusing on compliance documentation and regulatory adherence. Prior to this role, Anchika worked as a Project Engineer at Varroc Lighting Systems and as an IMDS Compliance Engineer at RNTBCI, gaining expertise in material disclosure and hazardous substances legislation. Currently, since March 2022, Anchika holds the position of Scrum Master at Tata Consultancy Services, facilitating software development teams in scrum practices. Academic qualifications were completed between 2010 and 2014.
