Arijit Mukherjee is a Principal Scientist at TCS Research, leading the Edge & Neuromorphic Computing group. With a PhD in Grid Computing, they have a strong foundation in distributed systems and have previously contributed to early grid and cloud computing concepts. Their current research focuses on advancing edge computing paradigms and neuromorphic architectures. Arijit has also held roles such as Lead Architect at Connectiva Systems and Research Associate at Newcastle University. In addition to their professional work, they are an internationally recognized photographer, a skilled violinist, and an avid history reader.
