Asif Dhalait

Asif Dhalait is a global HR leader with over 18 years of experience in talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational transformation across multiple countries, including India, the UK, and South Africa. Currently serving as a Global HR Partner at Tata Consultancy Services, Asif leads HR strategy for more than 10,000 employees and manages a team of 20 HR professionals. Throughout their career, Asif has supported over 200 TUPE workforce transitions and implemented key initiatives in employee engagement, leadership development, and DEI. Asif is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management at Shri JJT University, furthering their expertise in the field.
