Darryl Shears CDCDP CDCMP has extensive experience in IT operations and service management, having held key positions at various organizations. They began their career as an IT Operator at Damart from 1987 to 1996 and later served as IT Service Provisions Manager at Yorkshire Water until 2007. Darryl transitioned to Morrisons as an IT Production Operations Manager and then progressed to Data Centre Services Manager, where they managed critical data center operations. Currently, they are a Service Delivery Manager for Production Operations at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing the operational services provided to Wm Morrisons and the management of multiple data center facilities. Darryl holds a Higher National Certificate in Electronic & Telecommunications Engineering from Humberside College of Higher Education.
