Imran Khumree

Assistant Manager

Imran Khumree has over 15 years of experience in customer service and management. Starting at EXL Service as a Senior Customer Service Executive, Imran developed a training tool and contributed to work standardization from November 2006 to November 2009. Following this role, Imran worked at Hutchison 3G from December 2009 to June 2013 as a Customer Relations Advisor, providing support for internet connectivity issues. Imran then joined Tata Consultancy Services in December 2013, initially as a Team Lead for the Inbound Department focused on the NBN Telstra Process, before advancing to the role of Assistant Manager in January 2025, overseeing work allocation and tracking for the Case Management NBN process. Education was completed at Bishop's School in Pune, obtaining a 10th Std ICSE degree from 1986 to 1998.
