Neil Chacko

Neil Chacko is the Head of Operations at Tata Consultancy Services, bringing over 14 years of experience in voice and back-office operations. They began their career at Ugam Solutions as a Data Services & Control Executive from 2002 to 2003, and later held various positions at Capita from 2006 to 2008, including Process Leader and Team Manager. Neil has been with Tata Consultancy Services since 2015, where they have taken on roles such as Senior Manager Operations and Business Relationship Manager. They hold a Post Graduation Program in Management Studies with a focus on Operations from the Welingkar Institute of Management, completed in 2007.
