Pallavi Mehta

Pallavi Mehta is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business process analysis and technical support, currently serving as a Business Process Lead - Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services since January 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, focusing on service quality assurance for AT&T from April 2013 to August 2016, and as a QC Engineer at Sebiz Infotech, where Pallavi led a team of six on a live project in 2011. Pallavi is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Product Management at Accredian, with a foundational education comprising a combined Bachelor and Master's degree in Computer Applications from Maharashi Dayanand University.
