Papiya Deb

Papiya Deb has accumulated diverse experience in the banking and healthcare sectors, starting as a Deputy Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from June 2017 to 2019, focusing on client servicing and enhancing customer satisfaction. Subsequently, Papiya worked as a Claims Associate at Legato Health Technologies from May 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included researching claim payments and pursuing recoveries. Currently, Papiya serves as a Process Lead - Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services since October 2022. Papiya holds a Master of Science in Applied Microbiology from Vellore Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry from Acharya Bangalore Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Relationship Banking from Manipal School of Banking, and completed HSLC at Ramakrishna Mission School.
