Raka Banerjee

Raka Banerjee has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with Wipro Ltd. from February 2006 to November 2015 as an HR Generalist specializing in Employee Relations. Responsibilities included managing progression movements, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance, and overseeing performance management and employee engagement for a workforce of 2000-3000 employees. Currently, Raka serves as Sub ISU Head HR and Site Lead HR for BFSI at Tata Consultancy Services since December 2015. Raka holds a Bachelor of Arts from Calcutta University, completed secondary education at Carmel Convent Kolkata, and is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from the International Institute of Business Studies, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis.
