Sandeep Ghosh is currently the Head of HR for Switzerland, Italy, Eastern Europe, and the Baltics at Tata Consultancy Services, a position held since 2012. Prior to this role, Sandeep gained extensive experience within the company, including positions such as Head of HR Strategy & OE for North America and Head of Talent Development for Europe. Sandeep completed a B.COM (H) at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and a PGDPM in Human Resources at the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
