Shamanna Balasubramanya

Shamanna Balasubramanya serves as the Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Tata Consultancy Services, leading the Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Compliance function while establishing a global integrated digital compliance platform. With extensive experience in the financial sector through roles such as Vice President & Director BFSI APAC, Shamanna has driven business development across ASEAN and APAC regions. Previous leadership positions include Chief Operating Officer for Latin America, managing operations across eight countries, and has held the role of President & COO at PSI Data Systems Limited. Shamanna holds a Bachelor of Laws from Karnataka State Law University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law from National Law School of India University, a Master of Business Law, a Master's degree in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
