Shashwat Rai

Shashwat Rai has over a decade of experience in sales and management within the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Sales for TCS iON at Tata Consultancy Services since June 2012. In this role, Shashwat is responsible for global sales, delivery of digital products, channel sales, and revenue management across the APAC region. Previous positions at Tata Consultancy Services include Sales Director, Pre-Sales Head, and Delivery Lead, where Shashwat developed sales strategies, managed bid processes, and led delivery teams for cloud solutions. Prior experience includes senior consulting roles at SRSP NGO focusing on project management and community development, as well as serving as Senior System Engineer at Infosys, where Shashwat managed teams for significant re-engineering projects. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Management with a focus on IT and Strategy from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education.
