Ross Killian currently serves as the Global Head of Investment Risk at TCW since September 2024. Previously, Ross held the position of Managing Director, Risk Transformation & Quantitative Analytics at RBC Capital Markets from March 2018 to July 2023, leading two significant risk programs, FRTB and Trading Book Modernization. Ross's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Director of Investments & Capital Markets Technology at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities included overseeing Trade Life Cycle systems and implementing Data Governance standards. Additionally, Ross was a Market Risk leader at CRT Capital Group, focusing on fixed income and equity oversight, and served as Head of Trading and Risk Technology at Cerberus Capital Management, specializing in risk analytics and system development. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
