Jerry Spann

Jerry Spann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as Lean Process Manager at TCW since November 2014, Jerry supports the company's Lean Transformation initiatives. Previously, Jerry held the position of Quality Manager at Gill Industries, overseeing various quality-related aspects. As President of Jerry Spann Consulting, LLC, engagement with Harley Davidson involved implementing Lean Manufacturing practices and teaching related courses. Jerry also contributed to the startup of Fisker Automobile AG as Area Lead, and served as Quality Director at Electrolux Home Products, where Lean coordination was a primary focus. Earlier roles include Area Manager Body Shop at General Motors and Quality Manager at NUMMI GM. Jerry holds an MS in Manufacturing Management and a BS in Industrial Administration, both from Kettering University.
