Vicki Canales has extensive experience in customer service and coordination within the maritime sector. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at TCW since October 2002, Vicki has developed strong skills in client relations and support. Prior to this role, Vicki worked as a Vessel Closing Coordinator at American Transport Group, LLC from 2001 to 2002, where responsibilities included coordinating vessel closing activities, managing communications with port captains, and addressing shipside issues while ensuring customer service excellence.
