Sara Velco

Sara Velco, CFA, currently serves as Vice President in the Office of the CEO at TCX, where strategic initiatives on capital structuring and blended finance are led. Significant achievements include negotiating a EUR 400 million EU Market Creation Facility with the European Commission and establishing new workflows for product design. Additionally, Sara is a Board Member at VTAG Volleyball Club, coordinating a 700+ member expat volleyball community while developing training plans and a sustainable financial model. Previous experience includes roles at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a Financial Institutions Banker and in various analytical positions, focusing on structured lending solutions and sustainable investments, and a Service Coordinator role at the Olympic Delivery Authority. Sara Velco obtained a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with a Major in Finance from Bayes Business School in 2013.
