Beth Beam

Beth Beam currently serves as the Head of OFAC and AB&C at TD, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Beth was the Global Head of Sanctions Compliance at Interactive Brokers from May 2023 to May 2024 and Senior Director of Sanctions Compliance at Silicon Valley Bank from August 2016 to May 2023, leading the Global Sanctions Compliance Program. Experience includes roles at Citi as Senior Vice President of Global Sanctions Compliance, overseeing complex escalations and liaising with OFAC, and at Ernst & Young as Manager in Assurance Services focused on economic sanctions and fraud investigations. Earlier positions include Enforcement Officer at the Department of the Treasury, Managed Funds Project Coordinator at Allied Capital, Consultant at the World Bank, and Honors Paralegal Specialist with the U.S. Department of Justice. Beth holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MA in History of International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
