Carmen Tong

Carmen Tong has extensive experience at TD since 1997, progressing through various roles including Employee Development Officer, Investment Representative, and multiple managerial positions such as Manager of Colleague Confidence and Strategic Initiatives. Responsibilities have included the management of regulatory programs and compliance in AML, Volcker, and other key areas within Wealth businesses. Carmen has a strong background in training and development, having designed and delivered training programs, while also analyzing data and trends to enhance operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Guelph.
