Carol Chan

Carol Chan is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in analytics and insights. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Data Science at TD since October 2018, Carol has previously held multiple managerial and analytical roles focused on digital analytics and client insights. During a tenure at CIBC from July 2007 to November 2018, significant achievements include automating core risk reporting processes, developing a comprehensive Client View Risk Analytic database, and delivering essential OSFI-required reporting.
