Christina Lilley

Christina Lilley, CAMS - FCI, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Crime Risk Business Oversight for TD since September 2025. Prior to this role, Christina held various positions at WSFS Bank, including BSA Manager and BSA Team Lead from March 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Enhanced Due Diligence program and supporting team development. Earlier experience includes roles at Bryn Mawr Trust as BSA FIU/EDD Team Lead and BSA Investigator, focusing on in-depth investigations and Suspicious Activity Report filings, as well as extensive compliance roles at WSFS Bank. Christina's career began at WSFS Bank with positions as Compliance Analyst I, Compliance Specialist, and Personal Banker, providing a strong foundation in customer service and compliance operations. Christina is an alumna of the University of Delaware and graduated from Concord High School in 2004.
