Christopher Litty

Christopher Litty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in residential appraisal and team management. Currently serving as the Residential Appraisal Team Manager at TD since April 2017, Christopher holds the title of Vice President and has a proven track record in performance management, training, and staff development. Prior to TD, Christopher worked at STARS / Corelogic from June 2012 to April 2017 as the Appraisal Operations and Vendor Management Manager, where oversight included managing over 90 employees and improving operational efficiencies. Christopher's career also includes a role as Supervisor of Appraisal Underwriting at STARS / PHH Mortgage from August 1998 to June 2012, supervising over 40 staff members while focusing on timely appraisal decisions and developing future leaders. Christopher's educational background includes studies at Camden County College and Overbrook Regional High.
