Cindy Emmerson

Cindy Emmerson is a seasoned professional in financial crimes management, operations, and data analytics, currently serving as the Vice President of Financial Crimes Management, Strategy & Controls at TD since September 2025. Prior to this role, Cindy held several leadership positions at TD Insurance, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Fraud Strategy & Investigations from August 2020 to September 2025. Cindy's extensive experience at TD includes roles as Vice President of Data Management & Analytics and various positions in business intelligence. Before joining TD, Cindy worked at Sears Canada as Director of Business Intelligence & Customer Insights and at Canadian Tire Corporation as a Business Intelligence Program Manager. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Hudson's Bay Company and CSA Group, with a strong focus on business systems and analysis. Cindy holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and has obtained various certifications, including AML & Terrorist Financing, PMP, and a Criminal Intelligence Analysis Certificate.
