Dawn Hong Xie

Dawn Hong Xie is an experienced vendor management professional with a strong background in managing enterprise third-party relationships. Currently serving as Vendor Manager III at TD since March 2018, Dawn Hong Xie develops strategic roadmaps and partners with executives to enhance business outcomes. Previously, at Rogers Communications from December 2009 to March 2018, Dawn Hong Xie held several roles, including Vendor Manager II and Vendor Management Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing vendor support services and managing budgets. Dawn Hong Xie’s career began in the Wireless Division of Rogers Communications, focusing on project management, marketing, and coordination of data projects. Dawn Hong Xie holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from Ryerson University and an MBA from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
