Gemma Dreher

Gemma Dreher is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Counsel at TD since March 2018, Dreher has previously held the position of General Counsel at Velcro Companies from 2014 to October 2017, where oversight spanned all legal functions for multiple corporate entities and included participation in global executive teams. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel at Velcro, Senior Counsel at BAE Systems, Vice President and General Counsel at Pragmatech Software, and Owner of DREHER, GREENHALGH & STURM, LLP. Dreher holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with a Certificate in Political Science and Management from Regis College.
