Kenn Lalonde

In his role as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Kenn Lalonde is accountable for all people and culture strategies that help enrich the lives of employees across TD's global footprint, including Talent, Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion. He is a member of the Senior Executive Team at TD and chairs the Bank's Colleague Experience Council.

Kenn joined TD in 2012 as President & CEO of TD Insurance, bringing with him extensive experience in both banking and insurance sectors in both Canada and the United States. Prior to joining the Bank, Kenn held the position of President and CEO of The Cumis Group in Canada, and senior executive roles with CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin, and CIBC in Canada. He has also served as a past chair of the Insurance Bureau of Canada to help promote public understanding of home, auto and business insurance.

Kenn is a proud supporter of his community, including United Way, where he currently sits on the Major Individual Giving Cabinet and previously served as a cabinet industry lead.

Kenn holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
