Kevin Cain

Kevin Cain is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience at TD, advancing through various roles including Segment Planning Lead for Customer Platforms & Payments, Senior Manager of Technical Delivery for M&A, and Integration Program Manager. Kevin has expertly managed pre-deal diligence, technology assessments, and risk mitigation in mergers and acquisitions, while overseeing integration and platform modernization initiatives. Earlier roles at TD included Project Delivery Lead, IT Specialist, IT Business Analyst, and Financial Information Systems Analyst, each contributing to a strong foundation in technical support and project delivery. Prior experience as an IT Consultant at Sani-International Technical Advisors involved application development and support for clients. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Ryerson University and a Strategic Leadership in the Digital Enterprise certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
