Lucy Liu has extensive experience in IT support and quality assurance, currently serving as an IT Support Specialist - DevOps at TD since November 2011, where responsibilities include developing TOSCA Cloud Blueprints, supporting CI/CD automation, and providing technical guidance for WebSphere and JBoss. Prior experience includes a role as QA Environment Manager at TD, where Lucy provided support for Pre-PAT environments, resolved technical issues, and coordinated project testing efforts. From February 2001 to November 2011, Lucy worked as a QA Lead for IBM Canada, managing multiple teams and overseeing automation projects for WebSphere Commerce. Lucy holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Western University, obtained between 1999 and 2000.
