Prior to this role, Malcolm held several significant positions at TD Securities, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities encompassed finance leadership and operational oversight across various regions, including the USA and Europe. Earlier in their career, Malcolm contributed to TD Investment Management as Vice President and Managing Director, specializing in financial reporting and profitability analysis. Malcolm's background also includes roles at EY and Houlihan Lokey, coupled with a strong academic foundation from the University of Toronto and The Wharton School.
