Mehnaz Cogswell

Mehnaz Cogswell, SA®POPM®SPC®, currently serves as Program Delivery Lead in Platforms & Technology at TD, focusing on program delivery for Payments Platforms, AML, Enterprise Audit, and Treasury portfolios. Prior roles at TD include Senior Manager for Enterprise Group Enablement, where leadership was provided for maturity strategy and scaled agile transformation, and Delivery Lead for the Enterprise Protect Platform, managing fraud claims resolution. Mehnaz has extensive experience in project and program management from previous positions at Loblaw Companies Limited, Shoppers Drug Mart, SkinHealth Canada, and Bausch Health Companies Inc. Educational qualifications include a Certified Agile Project Manager designation from the Project Management Association of Canada, an MBA Essentials from the Rotman School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Karachi.
