Paula Warchol

Paula Warchol is a seasoned marketing and management professional with over a decade of experience at TD Bank, currently serving as Regional Community Manager and previously as Regional Sponsorship & Activations Manager, Vice President. Paula leads a team of Field Marketing Managers to create and implement marketing strategies aimed at achieving business goals in the New England region. Prior to joining TD Bank, Paula held various key roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Sales and Education Executive and Director of Education for North America, where Paula drove retail sales, managed a team, and executed successful promotional events. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maine at Orono.
