Raffaele Ciampaglia

Raffaele Ciampaglia is an experienced professional in the hospitality and events sector, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Catering & Conference at TD since June 2024. Previously, Raffaele held the position of Assistant General Manager of Conference at CIBC for a brief period in early 2024 and worked as an Account Executive at Instawork from October 2021 to November 2023, where Raffaele successfully launched the Canadian market and activated over 200 accounts. As Co-Founder of Leave it T.O. us Inc. from September 2012 to September 2021, Raffaele led a staffing agency focused on exclusive events, executing over 5000 successful occasions and training more than 1000 staff. Earlier experience includes serving as Event Operations Manager & Key Supervisor at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality. Raffaele holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ryerson University, completed in 2008.
