Rich Sidor

Rich Sidor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the banking sector, currently serving as Program Director Executive at TD since October 2013. Rich has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Vice President, overseeing significant projects involving mergers and acquisitions, process simplification through Robotic Process Automation, and customer experience initiatives. Prior to TD, Rich worked at Bank of America and Northway Bank, focusing on customer satisfaction and brand awareness through diverse roles and special projects. Rich has also demonstrated strong leadership in customer service and sales performance as a manager at Woodlands Credit Union and Waterville Valley Resort Inc. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Management from Plymouth State University and has furthered education at the Northern New England School of Banking.
