Sumit Taneja is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in data and risk management. Currently serving as VP Technology and Executive Product Owner for Data as a Service at TD, Taneja has held multiple senior roles including VP Technology and AVP in Information Management at RBC. Previous experience includes Senior Director positions in IFRS 9 & Risk Data Platform and Enterprise & Wholesale Credit Risk Technology at RBC Capital Markets. Taneja also has a history of leadership in software development, having served as Senior Director at Algorithmics and in various roles at IBM Global Services, culminating as an IT Specialist.
