Tammy Billington

Tammy Billington (Booth) is a seasoned Program Manager with over two decades of experience in the technology and project management field, currently employed at TD since September 2019. Prior to this role, Tammy held various director-level positions at Manulife from 2004, including a Technical Program Manager role for a significant $100M modernization program that enhanced Agile practices and introduced advanced technologies. Tammy's expertise spans client relationship management, project delivery, and resource management for diverse initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Additional experience includes roles at General Motors Canada, MTS Allstream, CP Rail, and EDS, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from Concordia University and a Diploma of Commerce from John Abbott College.
