Thalia Wasserman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications strategy and external ecosystems, currently serving as Senior Manager at TD since April 2023, where responsibilities include crafting messaging for both external and internal communications related to fintech partnerships. Thalia's prior roles at TD, spanning over fifteen years, have encompassed senior management and operational positions in digital channels, product innovation, and business operations. Thalia has played a pivotal role in driving thought leadership and enhancing customer experiences, while also leading projects in HR and customer service.
