Tim Yang

Tim Yang is the Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Commodities at TD Asset Management, focusing on industrial and precious metals trading and investments. Previously, they served as Vice President of Active Fixed Income at TD Asset Management, managing multiple bond funds. Yang gained experience at Scotiabank as Associate Director and participated in a Portfolio and Risk Management Rotation at BMO Capital Markets. Currently, Yang is pursuing a PhD in Computational Physics at The University of Hong Kong, alongside degrees in Physics and Computational Physics from Zhejiang University, and a Master of Science in Finance from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
