Alex Chan

Alex Chan, MBA, FLMI, CIP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Insurance Operations at TD Insurance, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience at Desjardins spanned over seven years, where Alex held various roles including Product Owner for Commercial Lines, Section Manager for Underwriting Renewals and Specialized Transactions, and Senior Operational Efficiency Advisor for Underwriting Services, among others. Prior to Desjardins, Alex worked at State Farm ® for nearly eight years in roles such as Senior Compliance Analyst and Claims Specialist. The career began at IKEA Group as a Logistics and Loss Prevention Administrator. Alex holds an MBA in Strategic Operations & Business Sustainability from Schulich School of Business at York University, and a BBA in Management and Finance from the University of Toronto.
