Hirak C. has extensive work experience in the technology and insurance industries. Hirak is currently working as a Senior Technology Delivery Lead at TD Insurance since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Guidewire Software from 2016, holding positions such as Senior Technical Lead and Lead Software Engineer. Before that, they worked at Cognizant from 2012 to 2017, where they served as a Guidewire Senior Product Specialist, specializing in Guidewire product integration and configuration. Hirak also gained experience in billing and claim terminologies and had progressive experience in configuring, custom batch processing, and bulk loading data into Guidewire products. Hirak'searly career includes roles as a Consultant from TCS at Nielsen Online from 2009 to 2012 and an IT Analyst at TCS from 2006 to 2009.

Hirak C. obtained a B Tech degree in Electronics from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, between the years 2002 and 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Hirak attained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021. Furthermore, Hirak acquired the Guidewire Certified Associate certification from Guidewire Software in 2019, and the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in December 2018. Additionally, Hirak has obtained various other certifications in fields such as blockchain, programming, data science, and agile framework. Lastly, Hirak achieved the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation in August 2020.
