Kim Hickey has extensive experience in leadership roles within TD Insurance and TD, accumulating nearly two decades of expertise in client service and operational management. As Associate Vice President of the Client Service Centre since 2016, Kim has successfully led a team of approximately 1,000 colleagues, demonstrating exceptional leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic and achieving outstanding colleague engagement metrics. Kim played a pivotal role in integrating a new operating platform and managed the closure of the Edmonton contact centre. Prior to this position, Kim held senior managerial roles, focusing on enhancing the client experience and improving employee engagement through strategic initiatives and effective coaching. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts and a Psychology Degree from St. Thomas University in Canada.
