Luisa Giraldo

Luisa Giraldo is a seasoned product manager at TD Insurance, having held the position since March 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the New Evolution of Work (NEW) initiative through Agile methodologies to enhance performance tracking and improve colleague and customer experiences. Previously, Luisa managed the Life and Health portfolio and the AB/BI Claims portfolio as Group Vendor Manager II. Luisa's prior experience includes roles as Account Operations Manager at Herrold and Vernon and as an Accident Benefits Adjuster at TD Insurance. Additional experience includes working as an Independent Medical Assessor and a Kinesiologist. Luisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University between 1996 and 2001.
