Mark Rackley has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Investigator at TD Insurance since December 2014, where responsibilities include managing complex claims and conducting thorough investigations to identify potential fraud. Previous roles include being a nationally licensed Universal Claims Adjuster and Insurance Analyst, assisting clients with residential and auto claims. Mark also has experience in information technology, having worked as an IT Help Desk professional at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia. Additionally, Mark served as an Account Manager at Iron Mountain from May 2011 to April 2014. Mark holds a degree in Network Support Specialist from Eastern College, earned between 2017 and 2019.
