Cédric Shutts

Cédric Shutts is a Senior Analyst at TDI since April 2021, previously serving as an Analyst. Cédric's experience includes a summer role as an AFRICOM Analyst at The Counterterrorism Group in 2021, where responsibilities involved open-source research, monitoring terrorist attacks, and threat analyses. Prior to this, Cédric worked as a Subcontracted Student Analyst at the Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences, collaborating with Johns Hopkins University on an IARPA-funded project focused on analytic methods and intelligence research. Additionally, Cédric served as a Research Analyst at the Institute of World Politics, contributing to counterterrorism research and the development of a strategic wargame concerning al-Qaeda threats. Cédric holds a Master of Arts in Statecraft and National Security Affairs from the Institute of World Politics and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University.
