Shannon Callahan is an experienced professional with a strong background in due diligence, operations management, and research. Currently serving as an Associate at TDI since June 2021, Shannon conducts investigations into U.S.-based companies and individuals leveraging open-source platforms and databases. Prior experience includes roles at The Rendon Group, Inc. from April 2016 to June 2021, where Shannon advanced from Senior Research Analyst to Program Manager, overseeing media monitoring operations and facilitating business development initiatives. Earlier roles also include a Policy and Advocacy Intern at the Center for Civilians in Conflict and various research and teaching positions at The American University in Cairo. Shannon holds a Graduate Diploma in International Human Rights Law and a Master's degree in Middle East Studies from The American University in Cairo, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from UC San Diego.
