Bentley McKay

Bentley McKay is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) since July 2017, progressing from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Bentley currently serves as an Online Course Facilitator at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology since January 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Recruiting Specialist at InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust and a Human Resources Intern at Ottawa Police Service, where Bentley contributed to projects focused on recruitment, retention, and compensation. Bentley holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College and a Bachelor’s Degree in History & Anthropology from Carleton University.
