Sebastien Reddom

Sebastien Reddom is an experienced account manager at Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group since October 2022, focusing on enhancing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Prior to this role, Sebastien served as a supervisor at Whitehorn Bistro, where exceptional guest service and team empowerment were prioritized. Experience as a bartender at Sandbanks Estate Winery allowed Sebastien to deepen patrons' appreciation of wine through personalized tasting journeys. Sebastien also contributed as a team leader for a marketing plan during studies at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where leadership and teamwork skills were developed. Earlier roles included serving as a brand ambassador for Senators Sports & Entertainment, engaging fans and promoting team spirit, and working at McDonald's, which provided foundational customer service skills. Sebastien holds a diploma in marketing from Algonquin College and graduated from Bayside Secondary School.
