Andrew Hall

Andrew Hall is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in carbon markets and sustainable finance. Currently, Andrew serves as the Managing Director and Head of Carbon Markets at TD Securities since July 2022. Previously, from November 2015 to March 2022, Andrew held the position of Director of Carbon Markets and Sustainable Finance at TMX Group, focusing on accelerating carbon markets within capital markets. Notably, Andrew led North American carbon trading at Capital Power from March 2009 to September 2015 and was involved in carbon offset deal flow as a Carbon Markets Originator. Earlier experience includes a role as Head of FX Origination at Lloyds Banking Group. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance, with a specialization in Carbon Finance, from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and a BSc from the University of Lethbridge.
