Arun Victor Jagga

Arun Victor Jagga is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scrum Master and Delivery Analytics Lead at TD Securities since January 2021, where effective Agile methodologies were employed to ensure project success. Prior to this role, Arun held various positions at TD from March 2017 to January 2021, including Senior Manager of Patent Operations and Strategy, leading a patent team to optimize workflows and significantly reduce filing lead times. Arun's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior/Junior Patent Agent in Training at Synaptive Medical, contributing to the management of over 200 patents, as well as an Electrical Engineering Intern at RCM Technologies. Arun holds a Master’s Degree in Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering Physics and Economics from McMaster University.
