Daniel Marks CPA, CA, CFA, MFin, currently serves as Vice President of Investment Banking in the Financial Institutions Group at TD Securities since November 2022, with previous experience as an Investment Banking Associate and Senior Associate at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets. Prior to that, Daniel was a Senior Manager of Accounting Policy at RBC, where responsibilities included advising on accounting policy matters, implementation of new accounting standards, and writing disclosures for quarterly reports. Daniel began the career at WBLI Chartered Accountants as a Senior Staff Accountant, providing comprehensive financial services and training staff on accounting updates. Daniel holds a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University.
