Dave Bilodeau

Dave Bilodeau is the AVP and Head of US Liquidity Risk Management at TD Securities, specializing in liquidity risk management and financial planning and analysis. With a robust background in regulatory reporting and corporate accounting, they previously held senior finance roles at TD, including Sr. Treasury Manager and Sr. Finance Manager for various oversight responsibilities. Dave began their career at Rohm and Haas as an Internal Controls Analyst and has since accumulated extensive experience across multiple financial institutions, including Campbell Soup Company and ING. They earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University - Camden.
